No confirmation on my flight! It was changed so many times that Id like confirmation on my flight as my flight leaves tomorrow either at 11:30 or 6:20pm!

I made reservations under the I can make payments, just click that option at end, now all the money is gone out TY of my bank. Reservations was for 1000, and they took 647.
Now what can I do . Please help

Extra charge on my card
It turns out there was a computer glitch in their system and for some reason the report that should have been ran was not. so It never showed them that my card was credited. However, their customer service was exceptional and immediately submitted a refund to my card.

I would like to speak to someone about a refund do to lack of services and not being able to enter my room that I reserved do to unknown reasons my key card was disabled and I had to wait a hour to be allowed in to my room by security personnel very inconvenient and I still had to go in the morning because they would not activate my key card until I spoke with someone

Can't talk to anyone to resolve a purchase issue
Bought tickets online and tried to reach them via phone, was on hold for over 1 hr, I finally hung up. Contacted customer service and received no reply.
Went back into site and there is NO record of the tickets purchased but I received an email. HELP!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I am happy to say I finally received all the money..
I have been sending emails and calling without any response. I purchased my tickets back in January for a trip to Vegas in May which never happened because of Covid. I have been very tolerant up to this point but I think I have waited long enough.

Have been trying to cancel my reservation for the past month. I have left several messages and have emailed them and no response. My reservation is coming up August 7th and I sure hope someone returns my call.
